SINGAPORE-ETH CENTRE: FUTURE CITIES LABORATORY

During the Asian Architecture, Landscape, and Urbanism study abroad trip in the fall of 2017, students presented studio project work to the professors of the Future Cities Laboratory at ETH Zurich's satellite campus in Singapore. Headed by USC professor Victoria Coaloa, the work studied the typologies of traditional housing in China through design research and transformations, analyzing the effect of these typologies on urban life in China."Three Concrete Houses" exhibition of work by Yo-ichiro Hakomori and StudioHAU opened on March 26. Drawings and models will be on display for 2 weeks. Thank you USC SoA for hosting the exhibition.
